BIKINI BOOTCAMP FOR ADVANCED - WEEK 06

Bootcamps were once only associated with the army, but now you seem to see them all over the place. This is why we have designed a 6 week bikini bootcamp programme to perform in your own home or wherever you are.
This bootcamp workout is for the advanced stage and will take you around 45 minutes. This program combines cardio exercises with resistance training to improve stamina, tone muscles and aid weight loss.
You will be taken through a series of different exercises such as sprints, sit-ups, push-ups and squats – all designed to increase your heart rate and burn fat. You’ll also be guided through some strength exercises to tone your muscles.
So whether you’ve got a wedding coming up or want to fit into that itsy-bitsy bikini, then bikini bootcamp is a great way to lose some pounds and tone up those wobbly bits.
Perform this bikini bootcamp workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the sixth and last week.
