Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise along with stretching and some strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness which is performed to music.

This is a great class for losing the fat, not to mention the benefits it has on improving the efficiency of your heart and lungs.

The warm up consists of basic aerobic moves such as marching, squatting step touch, box step and if course the famous grapevine. We learn 4 moves and then repeat twice before moving onto the next set slowly building up to faster more intense pace which then leads to a pulse raiser where moves such as March then become a jog and so on.

All aerobic routines are based on 32 counts working out to beats and phrases of music and staying with the rhythm of the music. Each move will last for 8 counts then moving onto the next exercise. Ie a grapevine from left to right is 8 counts.
