This is a full 60 minute workout split into 3 sections: Cardio, strength training and stretching.
The cardio, including a warm-up, is usually aerobics based that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise along with stretching and some strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness which is performed to music. This is a great for burning fat, not to mention the benefits it has on improving the efficiency of your heart and lungs. All aerobic routines are based on 32 counts working out to beats and phrases of music and staying with the rhythm of the music. Each move will last for 8 counts then moving onto the next exercise.
Then the strength training section is a series of strength exercise which can either be performed with your body weight or with a light weight.
Finally the last 20 minutes is usually a mixture of abs and stretching.
This is a great all-rounder workout which will improve your cardiovascular system and will also help to define and tone your body.
